SMS Terms
Effective May 1, 2026
These SMS Terms describe how the DriveMyBiz platform — operated by Binary 201 Software Factory LLC (d/b/a Binary201), a Texas limited liability company — and the businesses that use DriveMyBiz (“Businesses”) communicate with you by text message. By providing your mobile number and confirming opt-in, you agree to these terms.
1. Who is sending the messages
Messages are sent by Businesses that use DriveMyBiz to manage their customer relationships. DriveMyBiz is the underlying platform — we operate the messaging infrastructure on behalf of Businesses. The message itself will identify the Business communicating with you.
2. What you'll receive
- Account & billing messages. Booking confirmations, invoices, payment receipts, payment reminders, and overdue notices for work you’ve done with the Business.
- Service messages. Job-arrival notifications, schedule changes, quote sent / accepted updates, and warranty information.
- Review requests. One-time follow-ups after a completed job asking for feedback.
- Marketing & promotional messages — only if you separately opt in to receive them from a specific Business.
3. Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity with the Business. Most customers receive fewer than 10 messages per month. During an active job or invoice cycle you may receive more.
4. How consent works
- When a Business adds you as a customer and asks DriveMyBiz to text you, we send you a one-time confirmation SMS.
- You must reply YES to that confirmation before any further messages are sent. If you don’t reply, no further messages are sent.
- We store the date and time of your confirmation as proof of consent. You can ask the Business or DriveMyBiz to produce this record at any time.
5. Opting out (STOP)
You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. You may also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT — all of these stop all further messages. Opt-out is immediate. To re-enable SMS, the Business will need to send you a new opt-in confirmation that you reply YES to.
6. Getting help (HELP)
Reply HELP to any message for contact information and opt-out instructions. You can also email no-reply@drivemybiz.com.
7. Cost
Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. DriveMyBiz does not charge you to receive messages.
8. Carrier support
SMS is supported on the major US carriers (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and most regional carriers). Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
9. Changes
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via SMS or email. Continued opt-in after a change means you accept the updated terms.
