This Privacy Policy describes how Binary 201 Software Factory LLC (d/b/a Binary201), a Texas limited liability company (“we”, “us”), operator of the DriveMyBiz platform, collects, uses, and protects information you give us when you use the service. We try to keep this short and plain.
For the purposes of applicable data-protection laws, Binary 201 Software Factory LLC is the data controller for personal data of DriveMyBiz account holders. For personal data of your customers that you enter into DriveMyBiz, you are the data controller and we act as your data processor.

- To detect, prevent, and investigate fraud or abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your data, rent your customer lists, or use your business data to train AI models that serve other customers. Your data is yours.

We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of DriveMyBiz, our users, or others.
4. How we protect your data
- Data in transit is encrypted with TLS.
- Data at rest is encrypted on our hosting provider.
- Each business account’s data is isolated by a tenant identifier on every query.
- We follow industry-standard practices for password hashing, session management, and webhook signature verification.
5. Your rights
You can export your business data at any time from your dashboard. To delete your account and associated data, email us at the address below — we’ll honour the request within 30 days, except where we’re legally required to retain records (e.g. tax/accounting data for invoices that have been paid).
6. Cookies
We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies for sign-in, session, and CSRF protection. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
7. Children
DriveMyBiz is intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 13.
